The last addition to a new Fort Mill business center will debut a pet care service in the Carolinas.

EasyJet will open at The Crossing at Doby’s Bridge, developer MPV Properties said Friday. The veterinarian site on the south side of town will be the first for the company in the Carolinas.

Easyvet is expected to open by the end of the year in a 1,600-square-foot space, according to MVP Properties.

The easyvet, based in Knoxville, Tennessee, started nine years ago. The business model is budget-friendly focused on common, less expensive care services and providing references for surgical options, according to easyvet. Services include veterinary and sick pet exams, vaccines, microchipping and prevention of fleas, ticks and heartworms primarily for dogs and cats.

The business center off of Fort Mill Parkway, at North Dobys Bridge Road, is now fully leased, according to MVP Properties.

The development includes a 20,000-square-foot Atrium Health medical office building under construction, plus existing or coming businesses Blue Bar & Smokehouse, Smallcakes Cupcakery & Creamery, Carolina Kids, Doby’s Bridge Pediatric Dentistry, Huntington Learning Center and Fort Mill Dental.
