A hot Rock Hill property has yet another new tenant. This one, to focus on relaxation and wellness.

Gray’s Anatomy Med Spa is signed on to occupy almost 3,000 square feet of second floor space at The Perch. That development at the corner of Oakland Avenue and Cherry Road in Rock Hill is a renovation of the former Coca-Cola Bottling Company building.

The Perch already has several planned tenants including Hobo’s, Off the Tracks Brewing, Another Broken Egg and Ninety’s Milkshake Bar. The full project will be 28,000 square feet of space.

Warren Norman Company announced the newest signing on Tuesday. Gray’s Anatomy Med Spa will provide therapeutic medical and relaxation massage when it opens later this year, according to a Warren Norman release. It will have nine treatment tables.

“The manual therapy industry continues to grow thanks to many great orthopedics and other physicians noting the proven benefits of its healing powers and overall wellness and for that I am more than thrilled,” said Cat Gray, company owner and founder.

Gray intends to educate customers on health benefits on a variety of treatments at the new location.

“I’ve been fortunate enough to be a part of so many folks’ healing and recovery journeys in this great market and I look forward to being an even larger part of the community’s pathway to a healthier future,” Gray said.
