Rock Hill’s sweet tooth is about to get another fix. See which dessert spot is coming
Another new cookie spot is on the way, this time in Rock Hill.
The Warren Norman Company posted Thursday that a new Crumble Cookies location will go in at High Point Crossing. The bakery will lease more than 1,500 square feet of space in the multi-tenant building set for an early 2023 opening at 2427 Cross Pointe Dr.
The announcement comes less than two months after another Crumbl Cookies opened in Indian Land. There’s another site in Tega Cay. Crumbl has more than 300 bakeries in 36 states.
Along with its signature chocolate chip cookie, Crumbl offers a rotating menu of cookies options weekly. Six cookies on the weekly menu come from a lineup of 175 options.
The announcement from Warren Norman comes a month after news of a planned Nothing Bundt Cakes set for The Perch development at Cherry Road and Oakland Avenue in Rock Hill. The Rock Hill and surrounding areas have had a surge in recent years of new sweet treat options from ice cream to cake, cookie and cobbler choices. Rock Hill and Fort Mill alone have added several new donut shops the past couple of years.
The Peach Cobbler Factory, a new area addition with sites planned for Fort Mill and Rock Hill, recently announced online its grand opening for an Indian Land site will be Aug. 13.
The new Rock Hill Crumbl in High Point Crossing will join other area stores anchored by Academy Sports, Sam’s Club, Sam’s Club gas station and AT&T. The development is just off Dave Lyle Boulevard, near the Galleria Mall.
