A teenager was hurt Sunday night when shots were fired into a Rock Hill house, police said.

A 17-year-old male treated at Piedmont Medical Center suffered wounds that are not life-threatening, according to a statement from the Rock Hill Police Department.

Two people were inside the house around 11:30 p.m. when shots were fired from outside the house on Arnold Street, Lt. Michael Chavis said Monday. The other person inside was not hurt, Chavis said.

The motive for the shooting remains unclear. Detectives are continuing to investigate, Chavis said.

No arrests have been made.
