Fort Mill has a new breakfast spot open for business.

Eggs Up Grill opened Tuesday morning. The breakfast, lunch and brunch spot at 516 Mercantile Place, in Springfield Town Center, is open seven days a week from 6 a.m. to 3 p.m.

It’s the second York County location for the restaurant, after one opened in Rock Hill back in 2015.

“We are excited about expanding into Fort Mill which still has that small town feeling,” said Eggs Up Grill CEO Ricky Richardson. “That was a really important factor to us because we are neighbors serving neighbors.”

Franchise owners of the new spot are Kevin and Shelly Trayer.

“Fort Mill is growing by leaps and bounds and we have been watching this area really blossom,” Shelly Trayer said. “We want to be everyone’s hometown restaurant away from home.”

Eggs Up was founded in 1997 in Pawleys Island. It offers eggs cooked any of 14 ways, along with omelets, benedicts, pancakes, waffles, breakfast sandwiches, home fries and other breakfast items. Lunch options include burgers, sandwiches, wraps and salads.
