York County’s newest restaurant will bring you quesadillas unlike any you’ve ever seen

Papa Corazons Quesadillas

York County’s newest food option will be on the go, starting Thursday.

Papa Corazon’s Quesadillas is a delivery only spot offering chicken, burger, mac and cheese, breakfast and other handmade quesadillas. The new spot is the former Huddle House at 808 E. Liberty St. Papa Corazon’s brings quesadillas to its customers — there isn’t a dine-in option — via DoorDash and Uber Eats. There also are links to order on papacorazons.com.

The menu ranges from a breakfast quesadilla filled with scrambled eggs, hash browns, bacon, sausage and cheese to a Buffalo chicken, chicken club or chicken fajita quesadilla. A burger and fries quesadilla combines both elements. Another has chicken, bacon and mac and cheese in it. There are three steak choices, including a spicy one.

The menu also has loaded tots and cheesy fire-roasted corn, plus raspberry cheesecake or strawberry cream cheese chimichangas for dessert.

Papa Corazon’s will open daily at 6 a.m. starting Thursday. It’s open until 10 p.m. Sunday through Thursday, and midnight on Friday and Saturday nights.
