These 2 new businesses are set to open at a busy Fort Mill intersection by the fall
A new animal hospital and barber lounge should open by this fall, at Gold Hill and Pleasant roads.
Charlotte real estate firm MPV Properties announced the signing of two new tenants for Gold Hill Crossing. Both are first-time operators.
Greenway Animal Hospital will take up suites D and E at the 887 Gold Hill Road project. The 3,200-square-foot space should open its veterinary services practice by early fall. Greenway Animal Hospital will take up a central space in a building that already has Saltwater Markets and ongoing construction for a TWF Burgers and The Social Cork Wine Bar.
In the nearby 855 Gold Hill Road building, 94 Barber Lounge is on the way. The suite 110 business will take up 1,300 square feet between The Roasting Oven and Lapels Dry Cleaning. The specialty barber shop should open by July 1.
Construction is almost complete on the 885 Gold Hill Road building, which will have more than 18,000 square feet of office space.
