A new Wing King will open in Indian Land. Plus, new changes to the Fort Mill menu
Wing King Cafe will add a new place in Indian Land, plus new menu items in Fort Mill.
The popular chicken wing restaurant posted the changes on its social media Monday. The new Indian Land restaurant will be in the Publix shopping center at the end of Dobys Bridge Road, at 8356 Charlotte Hwy. It’s across from Indian Land Middle School.
Zane Tolbert, assistant manager at the Fort Mill location, said details aren’t set on when the Indian Land site will be ready. Hopefully it will be later this year, Tolbert said. As for the menu changes, several are recent variations the restaurant tried out and decided to keep after customer feedback.
“Just some of the things are more permanent now,” Tolbert said.
Wing King Cafe has existing sites in the Steele Creek area of Charlotte, off Carowinds Boulevard near the theme park, and at 200 Dobys Bridge Road near Tom Hall Street. Wing King has chicken wings from a few to 100 or more, grilled or with more than 40 sauce options. Some unique or new ones include wasabi honey mustard, cajun garlic, pickle wing, honey siracha and salt and vinegar.
Wing King also has salads, burgers, sandwiches, cheesesteaks, seafood, topped tater tots and desserts.
